Refund and Cancellation Policy

How we calculate refunds
All times are Pacific Time (PT).
The seminar has seven meetings. The value of one meeting is the amount you actually paid divided by seven. At the full price of $350, that is $50.
If you cancel
Until Wednesday, October 7, 2026, 11:59pm PT: full refund of the amount you paid.
From Thursday, October 8, 2026, until Friday, October 16, 2026, 8:30pm PT (48 hours after the first meeting ends): refund of the amount you paid minus the value of one meeting. This applies whether or not you attended the first meeting.
After Friday, October 16, 2026, 8:30pm PT: no refund, including for meetings you miss. If something serious comes up, write to us. We may be able to offer a credit toward a future seminar.
A cancellation refund ends your enrollment. Your access to the seminar (meeting link, readings, and study pages) ends when the refund is issued.
Transfers
You may transfer your place to someone else until Tuesday, October 20, 2026, 11:59pm PT (the day before the second meeting). Send us their name and email. Access moves to the new participant, and your own access ends. No money changes hands through Denkart. Any arrangement between you and the new participant is up to you.
If we cancel or change something
If Denkart cancels the seminar before it begins, you receive a full refund of the amount you paid.
If we cancel a meeting and can't reschedule it, you receive a refund of one meeting's value for each canceled meeting. You stay enrolled for the remaining meetings.
If we move a meeting to a new date, we'll tell you as early as possible. If you can't attend the new date, let us know before the rescheduled meeting starts and we'll refund that meeting's value. You stay enrolled for the remaining meetings.
Participation
Seminars depend on respectful conversation. If we have to ask someone to leave because of disruptive or disrespectful conduct, we'll refund the value of the meetings that remain, and their enrollment ends.
How to request a refund or transfer
Email p.d.b.schneider@gmail.com with your name and what you're requesting. We'll reply to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically arrive 5–10 business days after we issue the refund, depending on your bank and payment method.
